Movement
Our movement training plans are designed to get your body feeling good and performing well. We use Postural Restoration Institute principles to assess how compensations and dysfunction are caused by our body’s natural asymmetry. Training programs are designed to improve movement quality and efficiency, getting and keeping you pain free, moving with ease and able to perform whatever physical activity you enjoy.
Cognition
The brain can be trained to increase its capacity for mental load and improve cognitive resilience, processing speed and accuracy. I use dual task brain training drills combining cognitive and motor skills to create a program designed to improve your cognitive processing cycle (search-decide-act) and executive functions like working memory, response inhibition and sustained attention
The programs are designed based on the cognitive skills and demands needed for of your sport or profession. Benefits of brain training are increased focus, sustained and selective attention, cognitive flexibility, working memory, response inhibition and executive function.

We have designed a recovery class that uses breath to improve movement, and to balance your autonomic nervous system, reducing stress, anxiety and leaving you feeling calm and relaxed.
