      <image:title>About - Random White Dude</image:title>
<image:caption>Hi, I’m Michael Okech. I’m the owner of ( ). I have experience with human performance, fascial stretch therapy, breathing therapy, and applied neuroscience. I believe in a comprehensive approach to human performance and physical therapy. It works because it creates effective change. I consider myself a forever learner. This has been fueled by my understanding of how our bodies interact with our environment, which is a huge factor in health, performance and well-being. I know that the mind, body, and spirit are all connected. And all systems in our body interact and influence each other. My hunger for knowledge and my fascination with human performance led me to get my Masters of Science in Applied Neuroscience at Kings College in London, attend The Postural Restoration Institute, get certified in Fascial Stretch Therapy, and become an ACSM certified personal trainer. I’m also the co-founder of New York Stretch Therapy. I work as a Fascial Stretch Therapist at Golf and Body NYC. I’m also a personal trainer at Physical Equilibrium. I’m an athletic nerd who loves work and play. I have a tremendous passion to help people try to reach their full potential. Because of this and my curiosity, I have traveled all over the world and had the great privilege to work with a wide variety of clients. In working with so many people I’ve learned about how our body, specifically the nervous system, interacts with our internal and external environment. This is a huge factor in health, performance, and well-being. The mind, body, and spirit are all connected. All systems in our body interact and influence one another. My program and coaching have helped hundreds of athletes and CEOs reach their full potential.</image:caption>

<image:caption>The brain can be trained to increase its capacity for mental load and improve cognitive resilience, processing speed and accuracy. Brain Endurance Training using SOMA-NPT is like a cheat code for your mind and body giving you the mental resilience and capacity to exploit your natural skills and maximize your potential- pushing the limits of your performance. In a Brain Endurance Training Program you perform cognitive drills using the SOMA-NPT app to place load on your brain, forcing it to adapt. The program is designed based on the cognitive skills and demands needed for of your sport or profession.
